We’re back! Raicho Lodge is re-opening for the 2023-24 season
Madarao Kogen ski resort is a powder skiing heaven nestled amongst Nagano’s more well-known ski resorts. Madarao mountain has received 24 feet of snow in under two months of the year in every ski season of the past six years. The Madarao snow report is remarkably consistent - during the winter season from December to March the snow is falling non-stop!
All of our rooms have been newly renovated and appointed in a modern Japanese concept, with a combination of traditional styles and modern conveniences. Several rooms include a private en suite, please check the room descriptions if this is suits you. Our hotel features traditional shared bathing facilities for all of our guests to enjoy an authentic Japanese bath experience.
